This wizard allows you to make changes to existing orders. You can modify order information, such as order ID, order type, date ready, and vendor ID, or orderline information, such as unit price and segment information (fund ID, holding code, date received, date paid, date loaded). You can also delete (remove) orderlines from an order or cancel orderlines using the Add a Cancellation helper. Cancelling a line item releases the encumbered funds. You can search for an order in this wizard by order information (order ID, packing list, requisition number) or by catalog information (periodical title, series, subject title, title control #).

Search results when searching by order information:
*Note: You can also search by catalog information (title, periodical title, title control #, etc.) If you search by catalog information, a list of titles, instead of a list of orders, appears in the search results.
After clicking “Modify Order”, if more than one order is associated with the selected title, the “List of Orders Found on Lookup” window will appear. Select the correct order, then click “Modify Order”. Next, the “Modify Orderline” window will open.
When conducting a search by order information, after selecting an order, you will see an “Order” and “Orderlines” tab.
