With this wizard, you can receive whole orders or select specific orderlines. Pay special attention to this wizard’s properties.

Receive Orders Wizard

When you first open the Receive Orders wizard, you are prompted to enter a packing list number. Enter a packing list number or select “AUTO” from the drop-down menu.

Item Search Window

After clicking “Receive Orders”, the “Item Search” screen will open.

To receive orderlines of an order, select the order and click “Receive Orders”.

If you selected the Orderline Interface in this wizard’s properties, the screen will look something like this:

Using the Modify Orderline Helper

You might want to use the Modify Orderline helper before receiving an orderline to make sure that orderline and segments information have not changed.

To view the packing list, click on the “Received Items” tab:

To receive another orderline, click the “Orderlines” tab or click “Close” to exit the wizard.

Order Interface

If you choose the Order Interface in the wizard properties, you will see an orderline tree:

When you are finished receiving orderlines for an order, 

• Select “Receive Another” to receive items from another order for the same packing list;
• Select “Close” if you have completed receiving items for this packing list and want to exit the wizard; or
• Select “New Packing List” to receive orderlines for a new packing list.
