With this wizard, you are able to add orderlines to an existing order and modify some orderline information. If you have closed out of your initial order, you can use this wizard to go back into the order and continue adding orderlines.
Add Orderlines Wizard Properties
To access this wizard’s properties, right-click on the wizard.

Using the Add Orderlines Wizard
Add Orderlines Wizard: Item Search Window
The default “Acquisitions Library” and “Fiscal Cycle” are the same as your settings in the Session Settings wizard, but the “Item Library” is set in the properties of the Add Orderlines wizard.
Search results when searching by order information (if the default “Automatically open Add Orderline when order is selected” is not selected in this wizard’s properties):
When conducting a search by order or catalog information, after selecting an order, you will see an Order and Orderlines tab. (If the default “Automatically open Add Orderline when order is selected” is selected in this wizard’s properties, the “Add Orderline: Item Search” window will open instead).
*Note: You can also search by catalog information (title, periodical title, title control #, etc.) If you search by catalog information, a list of titles, instead of a list of orders, appears in the search results

Add New Orderline Helper

After clicking the Add New Orderline helper, the “Add Orderlines: Item Search” window will open. Choose a catalog search index, such as title or author, to search the catalog to see if a record already exists for the new item you want to order.

Double-click on or select the title you wish to order, then click “Order This Title”.Next, the “Enter Orderline Information” window will open.

Next, enter funding and distribution information under the “Segments” tab.

After your click “Add Orderline”, you will go back to the Orderlines tab.
After you click “Finish,” you will see the pop-up below.
