- Hold pickup notices
- Clean Hold shelf report OR Manage Hold Shelf Wizard
- Monitor the library's On Shelf Items wizard (items needed to fulfill holds)
- Purchase Alert (optional)
- Additional maintenance
- Regularly review the library's In Transit items using the transit wizard
- Regularly review the library's In Transit items using the transit wizard
Bibliographic reports
- Missing and Lost items lists (use Analytics or WorkFlows report 'list bibliography' reports
- Remove Discards – Contact the WYLD Office for help with this report.
Ongoing maintenance by the WYLD office includes:
- Removal of paid bill records over seven fiscal years old
- Removal of CANCELLED and FILLED holds over three months old
- Removal of charge history records over three years old
