This wizard displays information for a specific fiscal cycle of a fund. Information displayed includes performance, invoices, orders, financial, and copies information. Audit trail information is also available.

Display Fund (Specific Cycle) Wizard Properties

To access this wizard’s properties, right-click on the wizard.

Search Window

After you open the wizard, you will see a Search window.

If you order items for your library through accounts with Central Acquisitions at the Wyoming State Library, “WSL” is probably your maintenance library. However, some libraries with Central Acquisitions accounts have fund accounts that were created using the item library, instead of “WSL”, as the maintenance library.

Search Results

If the maintenance library for your funds is WSL and you want to find your library’s funds among the search results, click “Fund Name” to sort the funds alphabetically (once for ascending, twice for descending):

To select a fund to view from the search results, click on the fund name, and then click the "Display This Fund" button.
