When subscribing to a report in Analytics via email, you do not have the option to select the delivery format “Excel with Plain Text” as you do when exporting a report. You only option for an Excel document is “Excel with Formatting”. To get an Excel document without the formatting, you have two options:
- Select “Excel with Formatting” when subscribing to a report via email and then clear the formatting once the report is in Excel, or
- Select “CSV” file format and then export that file into Excel.
